| The public has to research all deeds prior to recordiation of 1-1-1993 by using the deed index. For all deeds recorded since 1-1-1993 the public has to access to an online computer. The public has access to all judgements recorded and indexed in the Lee County Clerk's Office subsequent to 1-1-1977 by using the online computer. All VCC statemnents are indexed online for a period in excess of 7 years. Marriage records and wills are indexed online for excess of ten years. Remote access in available for banks and some local attorneys. Contact the Clerk for more information. |
