Grand Juries, 1st day of Term and 4th Wed. of each Term Court convenes 9:00 a.m. Commissioners in Chancery are utilized in chancery causes and equitable distribution; not divorce. Civil cases set by praecipe received 10 days prior to Term, by agreement of court and counsel. Misdemeanor appeals pre-set for 2nd day of Term Recordation cut off time 4:30 p.m. |
