Motion Day, 2nd Tuesday, monthly, 9:00 a.m. Grand Juries, 1st day of Term Civil cases set by praecipe submitted not more than 28, or less than 7 days preceding Motion Day. Cases set by agreement of counsel and consent of court between Motion Days Court convenes 9:00 a.m. Commissioners in Chancery are utilized, except where a jury is used for issue out of chancery; not usually in divorce. Local rules adopted pursuant to § 8.01-4. |
