Best Practices are prepared and verified by State personnel, auditors, supervisors, managers or anyone authorized by the agency's leadership to share this information outside the organization.
All records are categorized into a "Dewey decimal" system the Commonwealth Competition Council created. It will be revised as additional best practice reports are received.
