Details	The Committee will meet from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. in Ednam Hall at the Boar's Head Inn. After brief opening remarks, the meeting will go into executive session at 8:32 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the presidential search including discussion and consideration of nominees and prospective candidates, and to evaluate the performance of departments or schools of the University where such evaluation will necessarily involve discussion of the performance of officers and employees, as provided for in Section 2.2-3711 (A) (1) of the Code of Virginia.
