Potential Subscribers
All information and services provided by VI are available at no charge except for VI's Premium Services. Premium Services are those information resources for which the Network provides enhanced access or other value-added services and a fee is assessed.
Users must be Premium Services Subscribers to take advantage of VI's Premium Services. Simply complete and submit the VI Premium Service Subscription Agreement (PDF) | (Text Version) and any required addendum(s) with the $95.00 annual subscription fee. Approved users will be given a user id and password to access the requested applications.
Note: You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf) in order to download the agreement.
Subscription benefits include:
A single $95 annual subscription includes individual access passwords for up to 10 people in your organization.
Premium Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Toll free customer support is provided, as well as a customer service e-mail address
Three billing options: monthly invoice, credit card, or automatic checking account debit.
Account Management Utilities: Here users may change passwords, download new communications software, or handle a variety of other customer related functions (billing issues, log of records etc.).
