Online Employment Verification and Salary Information
In order to verify employment status and salary information for current employees of the Commonwealth of Virginia, you must complete the Virginia.gov Premium Service Subscription Agreement*, the Online Employment Verification and Salary Information Addendum*, and submit both with the one time set up fee of $25. We want to inform you of changes to the fees related to this service.
Fees through the end of 2009:
- $0 - Employment Verification
- $15 - Employment Verification with Salary Information
- $95 - Annual Subscription Renewal Fee
New Fees Effective January 1, 2010:
- $10 - Employment Verification
- $15 - Employment Verification with Salary Information
- $25 - DHRM Setup Fee - one-time fee charged when service is set up
Preview the Employment Verification Service
Please return the completed subscription agreement, along with a $25.00 check made payable to the Virginia Interactive. Virginia.gov will bill your entity for each employment status and salary information record requested monthly. Payments are due by the end of each month for records accessed during the previous month. NOTE: VCU employees can get their employment and salary verification through this service for a fee or log into the VCU Self Service system to access their employment data directly.
