Vipnet discussion Forums: Commonwealth Competition Council: Developing a plan for the creation of a statewide database of nonprofit and not-for-profit organziations. SJR382 was passed by the 2001 General Assembly requesting the Commonwealth Competition Council to coordinate this effort. Other team members will include representatives of the State Corporation Commission, Attorney General's Office, Department of Taxation, Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Charitable Gaming Commission, Commissioners of the Revenue, Virginia Information Providers Network, and nonprofit and not-for-profit organizations.
