Can anyone teel me exactly what this plan is and what is it's purpose?

Your e-mail message of January 10 was discussed with Mr. Jerry Fisher, director of community development for the city of Danville.
Mr. Fisher said the Dan River Restoration Plan includes development of an outdoor science laboratory adjacent to the river. The Danville Science Center, he said, is a satellite of the Virginia Science Museum and the project is being developed with the assistance of Danville City schools. Mr. Fisher said he will be glad to provide information about the plan. His telephone number is (804) 799-5261. He also said Ms. Ginny Laubinger, executive director of the Danville Science Center, can provide information about the project.
