When will anchor writing papers be available on the web? My understanding is that these papers will be "standards" for SOL direct writing.

Dear M. Payne:

The Department of Education expects to put additional released SOL test items on its web site in the summer or fall of 1999. This will include sample papers. The rubric or scoring guide for the tests is contained in the blueprint for the test. The SOL test blueprints have been on the Department of Education's Web site for more than a year. You might want to check on the Web site for this information.
