What is...

    ...my Password?
A password is needed (along with a User ID) to announce a meeting in the Commonwealth Calendar, and will be needed to access Premium Services (when they become available). VIPNet will give you your initial password when you sign up for these features, and you can change it by going to the Customer Utilities Page and selecting the "Change Password" option. Whenever you are asked to enter your password, be sure to enter the password in the exact same way as you originally entered it. If the password is supposed to be in all lowercase letters, enter it as lowercase letters. The passwords and User ID are case-sensitive.

    ...my Session Log?

The Session Log contains customer log reports.

    ...my User Id?
Your User ID (sometimes referred to as a "Login ID") is needed, along with a password, to announce a meeting in the Commonwealth Calendar or to access Premium Services (when they become available). This User ID will be given to you at the same time you receive your initial password. Many times the User ID is the same as the first part of your regular e-mail address (i.e. Jsmith@here.com might have a User ID of "Jsmith"). If you would like a User ID different from the one assigned to you, please contact VIPNet and we will be glad to change it for you.
