PROVIDERS NETWORK AUTHORITY - Minutes

Mr. Worley called the meeting to order at 2 p.m. for the purpose of identifying agenda items and priorities for the June 22, 2000 Authority meeting. Ms Woodward was present via the telephone. Mr. Willett of Virginia Interactive stated they had several Agency Agreements that needed Authority approval and asked they be included on the agenda. Mr. Willett then said he would send copies of the contract to Mr. Powell for forwarding to the Board members. Mr. Doss suggested, due to the recent changes in the FOIA laws, that he contact Mr. John Westrick of the Attorney General's Office and ask him if he could brief the Full Board on any changes to the FIOA laws. The Executive committee agreed. The Executive Committee then entered into a discussion on the status of the State Corporation Commission Project. Mr. Willett said Virginia Interactive had not received word from the SCC regarding the project for several months. The Executive Board suggested that Mr. Doss send each of the SCC Commissioners and the SCC Clerk a letter stating that VIPNet was interested in moving forward with the project. Mr. Doss agreed. At 3:25 p.m. the meeting was adjourned.
