DLAS provides technical assistance for PC desktop and Local Area Network questions. The DLAS Help Desk also answers questions from legislative staff and the general public about using the Legislative Information System (LIS) or other DLAS services and systems. In addition to phone and email HelpDesk support, LIS users can request assistance directly from the LIS site with our Live Help web chat service. Clicking the Live Help button in LIS begins an Internet chat session with a staff member of DLAS.
